  • Minimum deposit is BDT 100 (bKash/Nagad/Rocket). For bank transfers, the minimum is BDT 500.
  • Minimum withdrawal is BDT 200. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
  • It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods match. For example, if you deposit via bKash, withdrawals should also be made to bKash.
  • If a fraudulent or suspicious transaction is detected, the payment will be put on hold pending investigation.
  • Payments made through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • Daily deposit limit: BDT 30,000 via bKash/Nagad; BDT 500,000 via bank transfer.

j9 app charges no deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

  • All game outcomes are completely random (RNG-based) and are never predetermined.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue or connection loss, the system will attempt to resume it. If that is not possible, the bet will be refunded.

  • If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, all related bets will be refunded.
  • Any unusual winnings obtained by exploiting a software glitch or game bug will be voided.

  • In cases of terms violation.
  • If false information provided during registration is proven.
  • In cases of suspected fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
  • At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period (no transactions for more than 12 months).

Any remaining balance after account closure will be refunded through the designated process where possible; however, bonus balances may be forfeited in cases of terms violations.
